He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Conway and Dorothy Conway (McKay); his wife AnnMarie Conway (Luciano); his son Richard H. Conway; and his sister Patricia Burke.
He is survived by: his children, Susan F. Corea (Jay) of Pelham, NH, Nancy Conway of Chelsea, Paul Conway of Saugus, Frank Conway of Sarasota, FL and Maureen Dingee (David) of Chicopee; and his pets, Kooky and Muddy. He is also survived by grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
