He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Silva and Margaret Silva-Newton. He is survived by : his wife Catherine A. Silva (Whipple); his daughters, Melissa Silva and Lori Ann Perkins; his siblings, Karen Silva and Chuck Silva (Nancy); and his grandchildren, Christian and Nathan Delgado. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
