It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Valerie B. LaFauci of Chelsea, Massachusetts, who passed away at the age of 91, on July 24, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Dalton and Beatrice Dalton (Kowalski); her husband Albert J. LaFauci; her son John J. LaFauci (John J. Dumas); and her sisters, Joan (Jim Arsenault) and Barbara (Jim Updyke).

She is survived by: her children, Diana Ligocki (late Henry) of Chelsea and Albert V. LaFauci (Arlene) of Ossipee, NH; her grandchildren, Henry Ligocki of Chelsea, Matthew (Carrie) of Chelsea, Albert LaFauci of Everett, Christina Zalaket (James) of Derry, NH, Anthony LaFauci of Medford, Cross Woodfield of East Boston and Ryan LaFauci of Ossipee, NH.; her brother John Dalton (Teresa); her great grandchildren, Vivianna, Isaac Ligocki and Dominic Zalaket; and her friend Shirley Vigna. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Welsh Funeral Home (718 Broadway, Chelsea, MA 02150).
