She was predeceased by : her parents, Eliseo Delgado and Alicia Valdez Beltrez; her spouse Bienvenido Lugo-Carvajal; and her sibling Ovidia. She is survived by : her children, David Lugo of Jamaica Plain, Daniel Lugo of Dominican Republic, Samuel Lugo of Lawrence, Hector Roman of Chelsea, Saldis Lugo of Chelsea, Alicia Lugo of North Andover, Marta Lugo of Chelsea and Diane Lugo of Maryland; her siblings, Hermanos Gonzalez, Luis Gonzalez, Christiana Gonzalez and Carmela Gonzalez; her grandchildren, Branly, Jushua, Gabriela, Isabella, Jabella, Emilio, Jessenia, Jonathan, Christopher, Suhaely, Natasha, Johanna, Jazmin, Hector and Luis; and her great grandchildren, Evelisse, Waizeah, Adrian, Elijah, Andrew and Ethan.

Per COVID-19 State Regulations, the Funeral Home is allowed a 35 person capacity limit. All attendees are required to wear face coverings, practice social distancing when greeting the family, pay their respects and exit the funeral home to allow other guests to enter.
