She was predeceased by: her parents, King Lacy and Bella Lacy (LeClair); her son-in-law William Cairns; her siblings, Lillie Thomas, Clement and Thomas Lacy; and her former husband David Mahar.
She is survived by: her children, David Mahar (Debra) of Hoosick Falls, NY and Sandra Cairns of Adams; her grandchildren, Todd Cairns, Megan Mahar and Aubrey Mahar; her great grandchildren, Marina and Skyler; and her sisters, Bernadine Phillips of Pittsfield and Bessie Gottardi of North Adams. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
