He was predeceased by: his parent Henry Cote; and his brothers, Frank Cote, Michael Cote and Adam Cote. He is survived by: his parent Janina Cote (Andrzejewski); his wife Stacey Leigh Jennings; his children, Jessica Cote, Coryssa Cote, Samantha Cote and Thomas Peterson; his siblings, Stanley Cote, Thaddeus Cote, Peter Cote, John Cote, Steven Cote, Anthony Cote and Katherine Cote; and his grandchildren, Ryleigh, Kyle, Dominick, Aleigha and Logan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
