She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Staelens and Josephine Staelens (Murray); her son John Rzasa; and her brother Richard Staelens. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Rzasa of Westfield, Michael Rzasa of Chicopee and James Rzasa of South Hadley; her grandchildren, Jason, Katelyn, Allison and Emily; her great grandchild Abram; and her sister Mary Lou Fortier of South Deerfield. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
