We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2020, at the age of 64, Carmen Carter of Chicopee, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Miguel Santiago. She is survived by : her son Samuel Galarza; her mother Eusbelinda Santiago; her siblings, Dalila Santiago, Haydee Cajina, Johny Perez, Micheal, Tony, Eryberto Santiago, Samuel and Helson Santiago; and her nephew Daniel Santiago. She is also survived by nieces, nephews along with great-nieces and nephews.
