He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer W. Skinner and Lillian Skinner (Doane); and his brothers, Robert and Elmer Skinner. He is survived by: his children, Hope Parish and St George Parish; and his sister Dorothy Skinner of Gloucester. He is also survived by several cousins and many friends.
