He is survived by: his children, Amy L. Nava (Joaquin) of San Antonio, TX, Francis J. Meade IV (Monica), Jennifer M. Meade (Tim Villamaino) of Monson and Charlie Flores (Brandon Washington) of Chicopee; his significant other Cheryl Gayfield of Chicopee; his grandchildren, Alexander, Jaden, Xavier, Sebastian, Dimitri Nava, Francis Meade V, Charles, Sophia Lorena Meade, Eris Jonah Vega and Mayla Medina; and his siblings, William A. Meade (Sherry), Michelle P. Dube (Travis Campbell) of Chicopee, Eric M. Meade (Patty) of South Duxbury, VT, Guy C. Meade (Louise) of Chicopee, Sharon Bonville and Jere Bonville. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests that memorial donations be made in his memory to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 Saint Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
