We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Grace DeJesus of Chicopee, Massachusetts, born in Ludlow, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Antonio Ferreira and Sarah Ferreira (Inacio); and her brother Robert Ferreira. She is survived by : her siblings, Anthony Ferreira (Nella), Rose Ferreira (Sedonio Tiago), Maria Stone (Phillip) and Julie Cornelius (Rob); and her children, Lisa Wegiel (Eric), John Ferreira, Matthew, Emily Rose and Wyatt Wegiel. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Grace's family asks that donations in her memory be made to Empty Arms Bereavement Support, 140 Pine St. Northampton, MA 01062.
