He was predeceased by: his father Roger M. Piquette. He is survived by: his mother Shirley A. Piquette (Sullivan) of Chicopee; his wife Sandra M. "Sandy" Piquette (LaPlante); his sons, Michael J. Piquette and Kevin D. Piquette of Chicopee; his grandchildren, Kayleen and Mason Piquette; his siblings, David R. Piquette (Debra) of Belchertown, Lois A. Piquette of Chicopee, Brenda J. Prince (Bill) of Chicopee and Nancy M. Ayotte of Chicopee; his mother-in-law Beverly A. LaPlante (Frost) of Chicopee; and his siblings-in-law, Frank T. LaPlante of Chicopee, Sharen A. Martel (Skip) of Chicopee and Patti A. Standen (John) of Saratoga, FL. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and friends.
