She was predeceased by: her parent Peter Jablonski; her husband Earl R. Sarna; and her siblings, Chester Jablonski and Stella Krol. She is survived by: her parent Mary Jablonski (Szepietowski); and her children, Barbara J. Bernashe (Daniel) of Granby, Thomas J. Sarna (Theresa) of Granby and Donald P. Sarna (Denise) of Chicopee. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
