With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jason P. Mastorakis (Chicopee, Massachusetts), born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 30, 2018 at the age of 43. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Danielle Mastorakis (Shaw) of Chicopee; his daughter Ava Mastorakis; his stepsons, Landin Shaw of Chicopee and Cayden Shaw of Chicopee; his father Doug P. Mastorakis; his stepmother Waneta of Holyoke; his mother Deborah Tozier (John Dion) of Chicopee; his brothers, Jesse Lengieza (Wendy) of Chicopee and Brandon Mastorakis of Chicopee; and his nieces, Faith Mastorakis and Isabel Mastorakis.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family for his daughter Ava's Trust Fund.
