He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Edward Toczek and Katherine Duquette. He is survived by : his parents, Andre Toczek (Lori Mendoza) and Lana A. Toczek (Duquette); his brother Mathieu A. Toczek; his grandfather Raymond Duquette (Maycinth); his aunt Barbara Toczek; his uncle Raymond Duquette; and his cousins, Anthony of Chicopee and Dominic Folta of Chicopee.
