She was predeceased by: her parent Michael Cichonski; her husband Edward Mieczyslaw Kos; and her siblings, Emily Cichonski, Steve Cichonski and Longin Cichonski.
She is survived by: her parent Salomea Cichonski (Koczwara); her children, Joseph Kos of Norwalk, CT, Sally Harrison of Sarasota, FL and Theresa Neece of Chicopee; her great grandchildren, Penny Boardman, Emma Boardman and Yana Harrison; and her son-in-law Jeffrey Neece of Westfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
