She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Walas and Mary Walas (Nendza); her husband Dr. Emil T. Kalita; her siblings, Joseph, Walter, Stanley, Max Walas, Catherine Nadeau, Sally Lesniak, Joyce Cawthra and Helen Walas; and her niece Kimberly Hubach.
She is survived by: her daughter Lin Murphy; her son-in-law Attorney John J. Murphy, Jr. of Chicopee; and her sister Stelle Hubach of West Springfield.
