She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kulak and Catherine Kulak (Zook); her spouse Herbert Thurston Tufts; and her sibling Mary Aube. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl A. Creber (Tufts) of Cochituate and Herbert J. Tufts (Sandra C. Tufts) of Berlin; her wife Ainsley Ross of Arlington; her great grandchild Lillian Bina Tufts; and her siblings, Stella Kulak, Katherine Tufts, Nicholas Kulak, William Kulak and Anna Petrock. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
