He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Peter Equi and Mary Elizabeth Equi (Farrell) of Holyoke, Mass.. He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann Burke; his children, Michael Equi (Hye Ok Kwon), Meredith Doyle, Mark (Danielle Equi) and Maureen (Christian Conroy); and his grandchildren, Grace, Elizabeth, Olivia, Beatrice and Harrison.
