She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard H. Churchill and Muriel B. Churchill (Hazen). She is survived by: her brother Richard H. Churchill Jr. (Maria) of Concord; and her sibling's children, Matthew Churchill, Katharine Zindars and Sarah Powers. She is also survived by two grand nephews and one grandniece.
