He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Peters and Emily Peters (Whitney); and his sister Elinor Beane. He is survived by: his children, Whitney Foster (Kent), Alec Peters and Rob Peters (Joanne); his grandsons, Robby and Frank; and his siblings, Margaret Urquhart and Richard Peters. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
