She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carpenito and Mary Carpenito of Dedham; her husband Robert J. McGovern of Dedham; her parents-in-law, Walter and Madelyne McGovern of Hyannisport; her brother Robert Carpenito of Abilene; her nephew Russell Carpenito of West Roxbury; and her brothers-in-law, Stephen McGovern, Tuffield Kulas and David Mason of Newton.
She is survived by: her children, Karyn and Michael (Joy) of Yarmouth; her grandsons, Jack, William and Philip; her great grandchild Sparrow of Las Vegas, Nevada.; her siblings, William Carpenito (Kathleen) of Bridgewater, MA, Mary Mackey (David) of Wareham, Laura Kulas of Weymouth, Kathryn Mason of Taunton and Ellen Carpenito of Attleboro; Christopher of Barnstable. She is also survived by 100 cousins, nieces, and nephews.
