He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rose DiPietro (Lavorante) of Peabody and Anthony J. DiPietro Sr.; his children, Joanie DiPietro of Peabody and Anthony F. DiPietro of Florida; his grandchildren, Adrian (Lyla Gibson) and Mimi DiPietro (Lisa J. DiPietro) of Byfield; and his siblings, Rosemary Stankiewicz (Kevin) of Peabody, Mark DiPietro (Melinda) of Keene, NH and Donna DiPietro. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
