Kelley; his stepdaughters, Meghan Kelley, Kerriann Kelley, Melissa Kelley and Erin Kelley; and his siblings, Joann Scribner (Larry) of Indiana, Linda Riley (Thomas) of Chelsea, Annette Purcell of Laconia, Elaine Patti (William) of Chelsea, Edward Richard (Rosemarie) of Billerica, Barbara Richard of Chelsea, Joseph Richard, Robert Richard, Janet Sturges, Frank Richard, Caroline Richard, Leonard Richard, Sussette LeBlanc, Ernest J. Richard and Wayne Richard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and extended family.
