He is survived by: his parents, John Creeden and Anne Creeden (Crowley) of Danvers; his brother David Creeden; his sister-in-law Rosa Casado; his sister Jane Simmons (David); his niece Caroline of Middleton; and his friend Shellie Walsh of Beverly.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Daniel's memory may be made to the Beverly Bootstraps Community Services, 35 Park St., Beverly, MA 01915.
