She was predeceased by: her husband Omar L. Bouchard, Sr.; her parents, Thomas Kelly and Blanche Kelly (LaChance); her son Omar Bouchard Jr.; her son-in-law George LeSage; her stepson Roger Bouchard; and her siblings, Thomas, Arthur Kelly and Eleanor LeBlanc.
She is survived by: her children, Roland Bouchard of Danvers, Allan Bouchard (Janet) of Acton, ME and Anne Marie LeSage of Revere; her daughter-in-law Laura Cilley-Bouchard of Danvers; her stepdaughters, Janet DiBona of Salem and Shirley Tarr of California; and her sister Anna Markarian of New York. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, as well as many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
