She is survived by: her husband Dr. Richard Whitehead; her daughter Dr. Sarah Whitehead (Jerry Talleri) of Manchester; her siblings, Julian Cox of Wales and Judith Stephens of England; and her grandsons, William and Nicholas Talleri. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Teresa's name to the Red Cross.
