He was predeceased by: his parents, Simone Falite and Theresa Falite. He is survived by: his wife Polly Falite (Brunsvold) of Danvers; his children, Kell Simone Falite of Danvers, Skylar Blake Falite of Maui, Tracy Lynn Falite of Maui and Schellie Walsh of California, His; and his sisters, Patricia McKillop-Collangeli of Arizona and Louise Eschbacher. He is also survived by his mother-In Law, and many nieces and nephews cousins.
