He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Zuk and Geraldine Zuk (Tremblay) of Danvers; and his brother Norman Zuk. He is survived by: his siblings, Peter Zuk (Jodi) of Andover, Massachusetts and Marilyn Nugent (John Nugent) of Westlake Village, California; his nephew Andrew Zuk (Beth); his great-nieces, Joselle and Sophie of Glade Park, Colorado; and his siblings' children, Peter Zuk of Boston, Massachusetts and Elizabeth Zuk of Longmont, Colorado.
