She was predeceased by: John. She is survived by: her husband William; her children, Nicholas and Krista; her son-in-law Andrew; her grandchildren, Alex and Sandra; and also, Leo Malo and Kimberley.
A private ceremony will be held this week but we respectfully ask for donations to the Shriners Hospital for Children in Boston in Jacqueline's name rather than flowers (donate.lovetotherescue.org) or a donation to the Danvers Food Pantry (danverscommunitycouncil.com/donate).
