He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeremiah Duggan and Thelma Duggan (Wright); his grandson Brett Duggan; and his siblings, Jack, Paul and Patricia.
He is survived by: his significant other Patricia LaPointe of Danvers; his children, Jere Duggan (Marsha) of Seabrook and Judith Hogan (Mark) of Newburyport; his grandchildren, Shayna, Kenneth, Tiffany and Gregg; and his siblings, Elisabeth Champlin and Edward Duggan. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Conte Funeral Home (193 High St, Newburyport, MA 01950). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (42 Green St, Newburyport, MA 01950). A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at the Oakhill Cemetery.
