She was predeceased by: her husband Charles H. Slattery; her parents, Paul Sarowsky and Jane Sarowsky (Mizioch); and her sibling's child Robin Sullivan. She is survived by: her stepson Charles H. Slattery Jr. (Margaret "Mickey" Slattery) of Pelham, NH; her sister Mary Ann Stasinos; her friends, Danvers and Vicki Materkowski of Peabody; her brothers, Steven (Julie Materkowski) and Her; her siblings' children, James, Michael Materkowski, Crystal and Angela Materkowski; and her great-niece Jane Murphy. She is also survived by many other grand nieces and nephews and a dear friend.
