She was predeceased by: her father Frederick Best. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Jason Sweeney (Anna) of Seattle, Andrew Sweeney of Arlington, Christopher Sweeney of Lynn and Rebecca Sweeney of Danvers; her mother Kathryn Best; her brother Rick Best of North Carolina; her mother-in-law Shirley Goodwin (Peter Goodwin) of Beverly; and her grandchildren, Freddy and Lucia.
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, funeral services will be held privately.
Contributions may be made in her name to Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers.
