He is survived by: his parents, Edward Blais and Patricia Blais (Pryor); his sisters, Nancy David (Mark) and Toni Ordway (Ward); his siblings' children, Kimberly, Tracy, Mark, Tim, Kristen, Jennifer, Ryan and Jordan; and his great-nieces, Hailey, Emma and Madelyn. He is also survived by his 12 aunts and uncles, his 18 cousins, and his 17 second cousins.
