He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pius Joseph Pennimpede and Mary Selling; his wife Lois Ellen Lindberg of Arlington; his children, Ronald Pennimpede (Mary), Lynne Ann Helmuth (Paul), Deborah Kunkel (Gregory) and Stephen Pennimpede (Elisa); and his brother Ronald Pennimpede of Morristown. He was also cherished by five grandchildren, six great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
During his years in Danvers, Joe was actively involved with The American Cancer Society, youth affairs, The Peabody Institute Library, and assisting seniors.
