He was predeceased by: his wife Carmen Burgos of Roa; and his parents, Teo Fila Roa and Flor Maria Peña. He is survived by: his children, Guery Roa (Jeannine) of Danvers, Lester Roa and Elvis Roa (Yeni); his grandchildren, L. J. Roa, Samantha Nolasco, Casandra Roa and Gabriella Roa; and his siblings, Rhomer, Kelvin Roa, Ana Maria and Blanca Nieves Peña. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
