We are sad to announce that on March 17, 2019, at the age of 91, Miriam H. Parker (Danvers, Massachusetts), born in Salem, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Darcy and Ida Bluestein (Martin); her child Glenny Parker; her sibling Chet Darcy; and her stepparent Myer "Willie" Bluestein.
She is survived by: her husband Glenfield; her children, Wayne Parker (Kathy Minahan) of Danvers, Darryl Parker (Kathy) of Danvers, Marlene Oster (Robert) of Danvers, Jeannine Parker (Jay McDonough) of Exeter, NH and Gail Parker of Ft. Pierce, FL; her stepson Patrick Nee (Anna) of Salt Rock; her grandchildren, Ann-Marie, Michelle, Glen, Shannon, Kristin, Janelle Parker, Barry, Jeff Douglas, Kyle Donovan, Robert Oster, Lauryn Pierre, Jason and Kevin Fitzgerald; her great grandchildren, Jeffrey, Kayla, Nathan, Brett, Riley, Zander, Trey, Samantha, Ryder, Peter, Aidan, Sammy, Josh and Marina; her close friend Eleanor Pietrini of Beverly; and her pet Gizmo.
Visiting hours on Thursday, March 21st from 4 to 8 P.M. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Miriam's memory to the North East Animal Shelter, 347 Highland Avenue, Salem, MA 01970.
