He is survived by: his son Scott Wallingford MacKenzie (Timothy) of Longmeadow; his grandson Maxton MacKenzie; his brother Bruce MacKenzie (Louise) of Santa Barbara, CA; and his former wife Barbara MacKenzie-Rodgers (Robert) of East Longmeadow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
