He was predeceased by: his spouse Nathlie Ann Spear (Griffin); and his parent Oscar A. Spear Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Evelyn Wyona Spear (Ginn); his children, Lee Spear-Gregory (Daniel) of Davie and Mark Spear (Heather) of Danvers; his grandchildren, Jared, Ian, Dylan Spear, Ashley Gregory and Daniel Gregory; his brother Chet Spear (Joanie) of New Mexico; and his brother-in-law Conway Archer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
