He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Woodley and Lillian Woodley (Rayworth); and his brother John C. Woodley. He is survived by: his wife Victoria (Bojarski); his son Thomas Woodley of Danvers; and his granddaughter Julianna.

Attendees are kindly asked to wear facial coverings and practice social distancing.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Paul's name to Shriner's Hospital for Children.
