He was predeceased by: his spouse Alice A. Blackburn (Williams); his parents, Joseph Blackburn and Katherine Blackburn (Steele); and his grandson Joseph Blackburn. He is survived by: his sons, Dana (Dianne Blackburn) and Dale (Gerrie); his grandchildren, Thomas Blackburn (Charity, John Turner), Ivy and Nicole Faucher (Paul); and his great grandchildren, Troy of Jacob, J. D. and Olivia.
