He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Stevens (Bertino); and his daughter Debra Paige. He is survived by: his children, Mark Stevens (Rhonda), Michael Stevens, Diane McClean, David Stevens (Kelli), Kimberly Stevens and Eric Fultz. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
