It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amanda Amis (Dorchester, Massachusetts), born in Charlottesville, Virginia, who passed away on May 12, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Louis I. Amis, Sr.; her parents, Andrew M. Barbour and Norma P. Barbour; and her siblings, Andrew J. Barbour, Catherine Martin, Geneva Barbour and Marjorie Ball.
She is survived by: her son Louis I. Amis, Jr. (Terry); and her brother Frank Barbour (Dorothy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
