We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2018, at the age of 70, Billie Tyler (Dorchester, Massachusetts), born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Vance C. Tyler I; her parents, Albert Henry Foster and Dorothy Foster; and her sisters, Gwendolyn Foster, Carolyn Foster and Rosemary Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Vance C. Tyler II, Pamela, Darrell (Dia Roberts-Tyler) and Shawn; her grandchildren, Tara, Rashod, Jashoda, Samani, Michaura, Joshua (Ey-Shawn), JoVonni, Daje, Daria, Shawn, Danae, Vance, Tyreke and Anthony; and her sister Adorothy "Chink" Wilson. She is also survived by three sisters-in-laws, four brothers-in-laws and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
