We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2020, at the age of 64, Cesar Velasquez (Dorchester, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his children, Marco Estuardo, Alejandro and Tiffany. He is also survived by grandchildren.
