He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margaret T. "Peg" Byrne (Smith); his children, Patricia Byrne of Chestnut, James E. Byrne (Jacqueline) of Dorchester, Charles L. Byrne, Jr., Kathleen Byrne of Squantum, Teresa Sullivan (John) of Braintree and MaryAnn Hurley of Abington; his great grandchildren, Bridgette, Rory and James Byrne; his parents, Edmund Byrne and Cecelia Byrne; his siblings, Barbara Curtin McClain (late Bob) of Braintree, Helen Cully (late George) and Edmund Byrne, Jr. (late Jan); and his siblings-in-law, Frances (Smith) and Tino Spatola. He was also cherished by husband and father who led by example and, most of all, loved being in the company of his family, cherishing time spent with his wife, kids, grandkids, and great grandkids.
