He was predeceased by: his parents, James Maxwell and Lolita Maxwell (Cumberbatch) of Guyana; and his children, Hutton Maxwell, Grace Maxwell and Hope Holley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Claude, Richard, Hector, Brian and Doreen; his wife Wille B. Maxwell; his children, Charles Holley (Janelle), Abrigal Forrester (Kamilah), Keith Maxwell, Horace Maxwell, Godfrey Maxwell, Reginald Holley (Dina), Ronald Holley, Dianne Forrester, Dawn Forrester and Donna Forrester; and his siblings, Reginald (Francis), Desmond, Donald (Pam), James (Louise), Lincoln, Joseph, Lynette and Monica (Elroy). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
