He is survived by: his wife Mary Medeiros (Geaney); his children, Kelly Kinsella of Boston, MA, Jean Kostick (Robert) of Keene, NH, Lisa McCarthy (Thomas) of Norwell, MA, James Medeiros (Jennifer) of Wayland, MA and Robert Medeiros (Heather) of West Bridgewater, MA; his stepchildren, Mark Granigan (Christine) of Woodstock, GA, Donna Beauregard (Maureen) of Strafford, NH and Dennis Granigan (Kate) of Marshfield, MA; and his siblings, Robert Medeiros (Ann) of Dedham, MA and Donna Long of Hadley, MA.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Sonny's honor to the Alzheimer's Association to support their research of frontotemporal dementia.
