She was predeceased by: her husband Winston H. Stephens; her parents, Cargil Allen and Linneth Allen (Wright); and her sister Gwendolyn Viola Spence. She is survived by: her children, Bryan, Patrick, Granville, Michael and Ian Stephens; her siblings, Beryl Sinclair, Dorothy Richardson, Rose and Lynva Allen; her grandchildren, Patrick, Kadine and Darren Stephens; and her siblings' children, Shirley, Marcia, Jacqueline, Bruce, Cedric and Laura.
In compliance with COVID-19 guidelines, Relatives and friends are kindly invited for a visitation on Wednesday, November 4th from 6-8 PM.
