She is survived by: her children, Victoria Perry, Lorna Adkins, David Purvis, Anthony Purvis (Sonya), Nicole Purvis-Donnell (Wendell), James Lindsey (Brenda) and Herbert Lindsey; her grandchildren, Antwon Purvis, Robson Mcphail James Adkins, Curtis Perry Jr. Anthony Jr., Brandon Wicker, Keillen Smith, La'Asia Trusty, Tanisha and Shawna Lindsey; her great grandchildren, Harmony, Ayvah, Keyante, Khaleal, Keillen III, Nyla, Aalyah Desmond, Savannah, Julien, Dominic, Briana, Ebony, Brittany, Ria, Robson Jr. Devante, DeAndre, Olivia, Victoria and Amaya; her sisters, Alice Edwards and Claudette Cumberland; Sheila Sutherland. She is also survived by great-great grandchildren, friends.

March 23, 2020 her Adult Care Center was closed due to the pandemic covid 19.
